The issues that truly matter…

Resurrect the blog, Presidential Race

Filed under: Government, america — The People @ pm 2:21

Well I think it’s about time I said a few things about this Presidential race.

Number One: Who can take the republicans seriously? I mean, just LOOK at the guy they have at the forefront for President! I don’t know what is going on over there. They need a more believable guy to represent their party if they really want to win legitimately. This guy just strikes me as a clown.

Number Two: If Hillary thinks she can weasel her way into the Vice Presidential slot with Obama, she is sadly mistaken. He might be gracious and respectful of his running mate, but that doesn’t mean he is stupid.

Number Three: Hillary is still holding out on conceding, but it’s truly only because she is hoping that he won’t be able to get the last few delegates he needs to outright win. She might say it’s for other reasons, but that’s the main one.

Other than that, I am glad that Obama is so eloquent. I thoroughly enjoyed his speech.

  1. I think its time I said a few things about this Presidential race. Number one: Who can take the Democrats seriously? I mean just LOOK at the guy they have at the forefront for President. I don’t know what’s going on over there. This guy strikes me as a socialist! NO not strikes, but is – for example, look at his “wish list”. Compare it to the 25 tenets of the Nazi party and they match all down the line. Then ask, why would he want a civilian ecurity force? As commander in chief he has the entire MILITARY at his command. The only difference is that they will NOT act like the brown shirts and black shirts of Moussilini and Hitler. The “civilian” security force might however – ACORN clearly does!

Then look at his policies – he says he is for the “Middle class” yet he wouldn’t even help his people get rid of asbestos in their Altgeld Apartments when he was both a community organizer and a state senator. Further he says the economy is in shambles or is in a mess, and yet he proposes spending $854 BILLION dollars on GLOBAL POVERTY!! NO – not here….not in the US….but overseas. And WE GET TO PAY FOR IT!! NOte that this amount is more than the 700 BILLION we are paying to get congresses’ butts out of a bind – you know the ones who STARTED this entire economic collapse? And I certainly can go on for ever about his lack of experience, his poor judgment, and his inability to recognize when he is wrong. HE can’t lead and hopefully he won’t be elected!
